In the morning, we woke up at 5:30am and perform our Subuh prayer. At 6:15a.m, we went for aerobic conducted by the facilitators. It is so refreshing even though we were so tired doing things to completed our sub camp. After that, we went back to our sub camp and having a breakfast before go through an inspection. After the inspection, we went to a hall to hear talks by the coach. After that, we having our lunch and at the evening, we have water confident which is the most awaited activity. We were so happy back then.
