Sleep

 Not getting enough sleep or having sleep difficulties can lead to :

: Limit your ability to learn, listen, concentrate and solve problems.
: You may forget important things like names, numbers, homework.
: MAKE YOU MORE PRONE TO PIMPLES !! BEWARE. ehehehee
: Lead to aggressive or inappropriate behavior such as being impatient.
: Cause you to eat too much or eat unhealthy food.
: Contribute to illness.
: Driving drowsy.
